Pulled Pork the Easy Crockpot Way

Just toss all of the ingredients in, no pre-cooking required. Push a button and then walk away! And let me tell you, just because it’s easy doesn’t mean it ain’t delicious! In fact, with this crock pot pulled pork recipe, just the opposite. A small amount of effort will be rewarded with this very easy and AMAZING Sweet and tangy BBQ.I’ve tried several slow cooker pulled pork recipes but using McCormick Slow Cookers are simply the best, as you only need 3 ingredients besides the meat and seasoning packet.

  • 10m- PREP TIME (includes gathering all your ingredients)

  • 4h-6h- COOK TIME

  • Total time: 4-6 hours 10 mins


1/ 2 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (optional)


Place pork in slow cooker. Mix Seasoning Mix, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar until blended. Pour over pork. Cover.

Cook 6 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred pork, using 2 forks.

Return pork to slow cooker.

I add a 1/2 bottle of my own sweet heat BBQ sauce but you can purchase a bottle, it adds an extra ‘KaPow’ to the already wonder taste of this pulled pork.Mix and heat with sauce before serving.

Serve on sandwich or slider rolls. For added excitement, I place small sweet & hot pickles to my sliders.
